SJP Director of Programs, Sarah Comeau, testified in front of the D.C. Council's Committee on Human Services at D.C.'s Department of Youth Rehabilitation Services (DYRS) Performance Oversight Hearing. Comeau urged members of the Council to ensure that juvenile justice agency-involved young people have access to a continuum of community-based placements.
